​A：If you're traveling from Taiwan, you can coordinate with other participants for group travel. For those unfamiliar with the process, please inform our staff in advance, and we’ll provide additional support to ensure peace of mind.

​Q：Will there be a lot of hiking? Do I need hiking experience?
​A：The activities will take place in Maple Ridge and involve easy-to-navigate areas. No professional hiking skills are required.

Q：Can I join if I don’t live in Taiwan?
​A：Absolutely! We welcome participants from anywhere in the world. After registering, please confirm your arrival time with us before purchasing tickets.

Q：Are there any specific requirements for participants? How are participants selected?
​A：There are no special requirements, but an open heart and a desire for self-improvement are essential. For those seeking to connect with Vancouver's Thunderbird energy, an open and trusting mindset is all you need to experience its calming and transformative vibrations.

​Q：What is the cost of the three-day retreat?​
A：

• General: USD 3,333
• VIP: USD 4,444 (includes private evening chats with Fiona and Anna on two nights and a follow-up online consultation one month later)
• Early bird special before Jan. 31, 2025- 10% off; Two people sign-up special- 15% off.
• Limited sponsorship available, details will provide during the call
• Accommodation is based on double occupancy. If you have a preferred roommate, please specify on the registration form.

Q：When is the registration deadline?
​A：Registration is open until February 28, 2025.

Q：What is not included in the fees?
​A：

• Plane tickets
• Visa
• Travel insurance
• Personal expense during the treat.
• Tips for hotel or etc.

Q：What is the refund policy?
​A：If you paid the deposit and would like to cancel it:

• Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made within seven days of registration. After seven days, the deposit can be transferred to another participant if a replacement is found. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations after March 6, 2025, will not receive a refund for deposits or full payments.。
• No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the retreat start date.
